Handicraft processing: the form to be sculptured is drawn on the block of stone. After roughing out, the object is finally sculptured in every detail, while the artist compares it continously to the clay model. Round classical form are roughed out by means of a manual lathe. Then decorations and sinous details are hand-sculptured. Finishing consists in rasping the surface which chisels cut roughly.
